A comforting workshop that helps you come home to the present moment. Through the thought or memory of soothing vision, hearing, scents, touch, and tastes, you’ll learn how to use your 5 senses to ground, soothe, and importantly remind you happiness is always within your reach, just have to notice and be conscious about it.
