Who is Palinable?

Hello!

Hello, I’m Palin — the heart and hands behind Palinable. I’m an artist, educator, and mental wellbeing advocate who believes that creativity is one of the kindest ways to care for the mind. Over the years, art has been my companion through joy, overwhelm, change, and healing. Now, I share that same gentle support with others through my artwork and creative wellbeing workshops.

MY PHILOSOPHY

I believe art doesn’t need to be perfect to be powerful. A simple brushstroke, a warm colour, a soft phrase, these are tiny invitations to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with ourselves. My work lives at the intersection of art, self-soothing, and mental health wellbeing, blending creativity with mindfulness to help people feel grounded, safe, and gently inspired.

Whether I’m creating a digital portrait or guiding a relaxation class, my intention is always the same: to offer a warm, welcoming space where self-kindness feels possible.

WHY I DO THIS

We live in a world that moves fast and asks a lot from our minds. Sometimes we forget we’re allowed to slow down, reconnect, and take care of ourselves in soft, accessible ways.
My goal is to create a space where:

  • slowing down feels natural

  • self-kindness feels doable

  • creativity feels healing

  • you feel gently held, encouraged, and seen

Whether you’re here for joining a workshop, ordering a portrait, shopping my artworks or simply a moment of calm, I hope you find something that speaks to your heart.

The behind story of Palinable's workshops

Learn more why and how I build myself as a Independent Workshop Facilitator focusing on art and mental health wellbeing.

Since (who knows when exactly) 2019, I have suffered from anxiety and mild depression conditions. Even now, I am still consciously working on it.

How did I get help?

I was referred to a counselling therapist (นักจิตบำบัดปรึกษา) via my physiatrist (จิตแพทย์) when I was in Sydney. Since then, I have been practicing what they guided and advised me to keep me mentally healthy and yes it includes what I am doing with my mental health wellbeing projects too!

2019-2021

Lived in Sydney, Australia making my dream life true. I was a Senior Lead Artist at a sip and paint studio located at Oxford Street. I was a proud artist working really hard with my passion in art and teaching for both kids, teenagers, and adults in Australia for almost 2 years. Then I came back to Bangkok during Covid time.

My life thrown me some new interest, mental health wellbeing. I started to practice how to take care of my mental health more until the present. Knowing Self Soothing as one of the simplest tool to do that was a gift at the time.

2022-2023

Starting with Self Soothing and Your 5 Senses Art Journaling workshop at my small common facility at my own apartment. Then, started to explore more workshop venues to reach out more people who might be interested and need this tool to be little happier.

I met a lot of great like minded people as venue sponsors, partners, and of course participants. Until some more ideas happened when I realised that I can do more than just only Self Soothing topic!

I had a bit of fun idea to do something with art so “Your Self Love Palette” was one of a pilot project I did. I got to teach art and talk about self-love too! It sounds unrelated but I really enjoyed facilitate this session.

2024-2025

I had more time to focus on this project more than the past years, there were things I wanted to experiment and research for this project. Finally, a few came up to my mind inspired from my travelling and meeting a lot of good people this year.

Self Affirmations workshops, the Offline Club, and Swipe Right Your Charms were the idea to kick off and see how it went. and THEY ALL WENT GREAT!! People liked it so I take the bet that I will continue with the below

  • Self Affirmations – a method how to positively and gently communicate with yourself
    • Art Journaling
    • Talk and Journal
  • Unplugged and Unwind – Offline Club that encourages people to take a break from digital devices and notifications as we need
    • Indoor with a safe and cozy space
    • Outdoor Edition (Picnic and Art)
  • Swipe Right Your Charms – a safe and supportive space for singles embracing their self worth in their dating life
